With the ongoing pandemic, Wyck must regretfully postpone our annual Wyck-Strickland Award Dinner. We ask you to join us in helping Wyck find its way forward with a virtual event
Library Services, and partnerships with Drexel University, Wyck is bolstering its community ties through innovative programs based on its core strengths – its collection, garden, and farm.
Capital Improvements – Wyck has been awarded a prestigious Save America’s Treasure grant from the National Park Service to restore the exterior of the House and the Rose Garden arbor. The $209,202 matching grant is national recognition of our historical significance, and an extraordinary opportunity to ensure that Wyck will endure for generations to come.
Garden Celebrations – The oldest rose garden in America turns 200 next year, and plans are underway to celebrate this unique treasure. Help support the upkeep of the garden and landscape, keeping Wyck’s grounds a beloved green space and community resource.
The organization is taking this opportunity to reflect on what Wyck means to everyone, ensuring that this unique site can serve as a place of respite and growth for generations to come. They are collecting stories, images, and testimonials alongside donations. If you have a Wyck story to tell, please share it with Wyck.more
